Pole.

Pole is an amazing way to improve fitness, flexibility and coordination - among so many other things! Our pole courses involve learning different ways to climb the pole, spins and inverts. You also have the opportunity to learn pole dance routines, these can be anything from contemporary, lyrical routines to exotic dance! Our pole courses teach tricks and combos on both spin and static pole. Once you’ve got a little pole experience - try out our doubles pole course and learn how to use the pole with a partner!

Lyra.

Lyra or Aerial Hoop is a striking circular apparatus. They come in many forms; single point, double point, tabless, solid and hollow are some of the Lyras you will find at our studio. Throughout our courses you will learn a variety of poses (in, under and above the hoop), tricks, spins and drops. You will find many marvellous shapes to make on the hoop!

Silks.

Aerial silks is a full body workout! Aerial silks involves two lengths of fabric, secured together at the top. You will learn how to do foot locks, a variety of climbs, tricks, inverts and drops as you move up through our courses. You will be amazed at the strength you develop during your courses!

Hammock.

Aerial Hammock is like silks - with a twist! Aerial Hammock uses only one singular piece of fabric, tied together at the top. In our courses you will learn how to create striking poses with the hammock material, perform a number of tricks and wraps and of course for the thrill seekers - learn hammock drops!
