Pole fitness, or pole dancing, is the term most people are familiar with. The aim of pole is to do as many crazy moves on the pole as you can without falling off. As with all our classes, no previous experience is necessary and all levels of fitness are welcome. Pole will help you build your strength, work on your flexibility, and burn calories while you do it. It also helps you improve rhythm , coordination, and self-confidence. We have a variety of casual pole classes available, including exotic, lyrical, tricks and combos. We also have a number of course level classes.
