About Us

We are a new studio started by two pole addicts who wanted to create a fun, relaxed, and supportive environment to learn something new and get fit. Founded in 2019, we aim to encourage members to reach their full potential and improve their self confidence. Our studio provides classes in pole, lyra, silks, twerk, dance, and a mix of casual classes. Everyone is welcome at our studio and we encourage you to try something new!

If you think you can't, trust us, you can.

THE TEAM

Picture

Hannah

Hannah has been dancing since she was able to walk. Her background comes from classical types of dance; jazz, tap, ballet, and contemporary. She has also dabbled in hip-hop, Latin fusion, and burlesque. Hannah expanded her dancing skills, taking up pole and lyra and found a new love in lyrical pole.

Hannah's passion for pole and aerial inspired her to create a studio with Emily where all members could feel accepted and share their own love of dance.

Emily

Emily was never one to enjoy a hot, intense workout, so she decided to try something different to get fit - pole. Since then she has been hooked on aerials, moving on to lyra as well.

When the studio she was attending closed down, she felt like she was losing not only a hobby, but a family as well. That's when Emily and Hannah decided to start Infinity. Emily has been doing pole, lyra, and twerk since 2018 and hopes to start silks.

Sam

Sam started her pole journey at the age of 15. Fast forward 11 years and Sam now has 5 years of experience in teaching aerials. She is also our resident Aussie Twerk trained twerker, so you know you'll be in good hands! Sam is creative and loves to create choreographed routines for lyrical pole and twerk.

If you don't see Sam in studio, you sure will hear her!  Cheering on her students & celebrating their achievements is what she loves the most.

Lisa

Lisa is a booty shaking instructor. She choreographs her own twerk routine and teaches exotic twerk - that's right twerk in heels!

Lisa also enjoys pole and lyra.

Miranda

Miranda began her circus journey in 2014. From a young age, Miranda loved to throw herself about. After trying a variety of aerial apparatus, she developed a passion for Aerial Hoop. Her obsession has continued unabated since then, she is determined to conquer just about anything that’s possible on hoop, exploring and pushing the boundaries of the artform. As a result, she now has a dizzying portfolio of drops and dynamic moves.

Miranda is an internationally recognised performer and coach having competed and won multiple awards for her Lyra act and taught has taught her masterclasses in 8 different countries. In addition to her circus passions, Miranda has also recently become a qualified rigger and has studied metal fabrication.

She loves to share her passion with as many people as she can, so they too can feel the excitement and sense of achievement in mastering a new move and reaching their goals!

Kylie

Kylie started her pole journey in 2017, adding silks in 2018. Not coming from a dance or fitness background she understands how hard starting aerials can be and enjoys helping students find their wings.

She has been performing and teaching Japanese rope around Australia and overseas since 2015. She feels like the years put towards this have now found a perfect match with silks. She absolutely loves running classes and workshops and is so excited to add being a silks instructor at Infinity to the mix.

Glenda

Glenda is a long-time lover of all forms of movement. Growing up she enjoyed both artistic and rhythmic gymnastics and has since gone on to study movement at University.

Glenda started pole in 2012 while living in Mackay.  She fell in love with pole and it didn’t take long before the spotlight and stage called to her and she began competing.  Glenda’s most notable pole achievement is being the Queensland professional champion 2 years in a row.  Did you know she even competed in Singapore against international greats?

Glenda loves to create, especially doubles and group pole routines.  She uses her background in gymnastics coaching, Pilates and yoga to help tailor her lessons to everyone’s ability.

Charlotte

Charlotte has always been a lover of dance, be it a groove around the house doing housework or a choreographed routine. She started her pole journey in Ireland in 2018 and has since picked up Lyra as well!

When she’s not at the studio you’ll find her convincing her students to love maths or getting stuck into a good book. Being a drama teacher, she is very vocal and energetic which translates into her teaching through constantly cheering on and encouraging her students

Belinda

Not exactly an OG but definitely old school, B has been dancing on & off for over 10 years.  She has attended various studios around Brisbane as a student and taught at a few as well, specialising in flexibility, exotic pole and floor flow. With a background as a gymnast, she started out very focused on pole tricks and the strength and technicality of moves.

After awakening a spark of confidence, she later fell in love with slinky exotic and flow-based styles. She teaches routines but aims to ignite a passion for the dance and for yourself. With an eclectic playlist, a love of heels and a quirky sense of humour she aims to make everyone feel comfortable in a class some may fell is out of their depth.
